This will give you an idea of the location and surrounding area.  Also a little bit more detail of the living accommodations prior to calling to see if it fits your life style. For most, the following description of living here in this house is pretty normal.  

Description of the person that I am looking for:

The room is for one single Christian guy.  Ideally, it would be nice that the person is socially active and out going and has there own transportation.  The person that moves in should be one that is self sufficient and is used to living on his own.  By this I mean you will need to be responsible to clean up after yourself, put dishes away and willing to take on house cleaning duties twice a month.  Parking is on street. There are two other people living in the house, One being myself who owns and Brian who is a long haul trucker.  Both of us are quiet and considerate and easy to get along with.

Some examples of someone that I am not looking for;

• Comes home from work and watchs TV until they go to bed.
• Has Pets like a dog or cat,  I don't mind fish
• Someone that wants to share the room with someone else.
• Operating a home based business.
• Someone who wants to smoke in the house.

This life style would be least prefered. 
    

Nice features about living here.

Close to Nosehill Park.  If you like biking or hiking, it is within walking distance.  Easy driving access to Deerfoot, Centre St. and 14th St.  About 20 minutes from downtown.  Good roommates. On street parking.  Lots of storage available in the basement.  The room comes with or without furniture.  If you have your own bedroom furniture, the stuff that I have can be moved into the basement.  If you don't, the room comes with a twin bed, small desk, chest of drawers, Night table and lamp.  Not leave every light in the house on etc.  LOL

The Rules:

• First and foremost, Must be a Christian with strong Christian principals.
• He must be strait!
• Must be considerate of others in the house as we work shifts and often sleep at different hours of the day.
• Must be able to pay the rent on time, (1st of every month) and not have to be asked.  Post dated cheques are the norm. Have a means of supporting themselves, (working full time).
• The 1st month rent is due upon acceptance in order to hold the room and damage deposit on the day you move in.
• Everyone buys and prepares their own food.  Designated shelves in the fridge and in the cupboard.
• Must take on house cleaning duties twice a month. 
• As far a guests are concerned.  No girlfriends allow overnight.
• Abuse of the free internet will not be tolerated.  No large download i.e. movies  etc.  
• No loud music regardless of anyone being home or not.  Respect the neighbors.
• If and when you move out,  normal clean up of your room and bathroom.  You must give 1 month notice effective on the 1st of the month. i.e.. If you give notice on the 15th then you are giving 1 1/2 months notice.

If you find any of the above condition hard to handle,  Likely this will not be a place to you will want to call home and all the best to you in your search.  On the other hand.  If it sounds like I am describing your life style,  please call me to take a look.
