Return Policy - If  in the unlikely event you change you mind about your purchase for any reason,  you may return your necklace to us for a full refund within 30 days. Your purchase must be returned without evidence of misuse.  This is the great part, although you have to pay the return postage, we will credit you the postal fee towards your next purchase.

Our Necklaces - All of our necklaces are hypoallergenic.

Gift wrapping -  We will gift wrap your purchases at no charge!  Just let us know when ordering by selecting the Gift Wrapping option on the order page. 

Privacy  Policy -  We do not share any personal or financial information with anyone.  We are against SPAM in any and every way so you don't have to worry about unwanted emails from people that you don't know trying to sell you something that you don't want.  We might send you a Christmas card just to say thanks, but that's it.

Billing - We bill in Canadian Dollars. For our American customers. We use the current daily rate of exchange for the posted US Dollar amount of our product on our web site, Then convert it to Canadian Dollars.  That will be the amount billed. We will send you the amount actual amount in the verification email. Your credit card company may raise or lower the exchange rate which may show up on your credit card at a slightly different rate and amount.  You can be assured of the Canadian Dollar amount billed will not include any extra changes as DCVentures includes the price of Shipping any where in North America.
